ABOUT Hannah Listle, LMT

My style of massage

Florida License Number: MA93925

I believe that there is no one perfect massage technique for everyone. That is why I continuously expand my knowledge of effective massage tools and techniques - creating a holistic massage experience for my clients. By incorporating massage techniques and tools to best suit each client’s individual needs, holistic massage engages the body’s natural healing abilities to balance the entire body as a whole.

Love Hannah! She has really helped my neck, shoulder and arm pain. I’m a physical therapist and critical of those in the field but Hannah passes the test with flying colors! Perfect for athletes and active individuals wanting to keep their tissues healthy!

My training & experience

My massage career began in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I attended Everest College for Massage Therapy in 2009 and trained under a veteran LMT and acupuncturist, who encouraged me to advance my knowledge and training in cupping therapies.

For my first three years as a licensed massage therapist, I worked at wellness clinics alongside several chiropractors, a naturopath, and two acupuncturists. During this time I almost exclusively focused on rehabilitative and therapeutic massage. I also volunteered with a local semi-pro football team and at local trail running events, working with athletes before, during, and after their events.

In 2013, I opened my own clinical massage practice next to a CrossFit box (gym). I began working with with several competitive CrossFit athletes as well as professional marathoners, golfers, and equestrians. Although I had enjoyed using cupping in practice before, I really began to consistently integrate it into my deep tissue and sports massage treatments. I also volunteered at local CrossFit competitions, providing quick cupping treatments to help the competitors with their mobility.

As time went on, I became more interested in integrating styles of work from around the world that not only addressed muscle health and performance, but also mental and spiritual health and relaxation. So, in 2015, I expanded my practice and opened an upscale boutique spa. My holistic massage style blossomed in this environment as I curated my now-signature Deep Tissue, Cupping and Hot Stone styles of massage. I also began instructing Myofascial Cupping continuing education classes for other LMTs.

I have taken continuing education courses in: Chinese Cupping, Myofascial Release, Anatomy for Athletes, Sports Massage Assessment & Treatment, Warm Bamboo Fusion Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Therapies, and Therapeutic Massage courses for specific musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Now, I bring this experience and passion to Florida with my practice at Live Oak Massage (MM37043).

Hannah specializes in deep tissue and sports massage. She is amazing and very friendly. You can really feel the difference when she is done. Look no further for the firm massage that will help you feel better.
